The challenge
MediSlot runs eighteen clinics across three cities. Patients booked by phone, receptionists juggled paper diaries, and around one in four appointments ended as a no-show with no time to refill the slot.
The network wanted patients to book, reschedule and pay in a few taps, and wanted clinic staff to see a live view of every doctor’s day, without replacing the practice management system they already used.
The solution
We designed and built iOS and Android apps for patients, a scheduling dashboard for clinic staff, and an integration layer that keeps the existing practice management system as the source of truth.
Clinic and doctor dashboard
Reception teams see every doctor’s schedule, check-ins and gaps in real time, and can move appointments with drag and drop instead of phone calls.
Booking in three taps
Patients choose a clinic, a doctor and a time, then confirm with saved details. Reminders and one-tap rescheduling cut no-shows sharply.
Visit history and reports
Patients see past visits, prescriptions and invoices in one place. Managers get weekly reports on utilisation and cancellations per clinic.
The results
Their team understood healthcare workflows quickly. The booking app is the most-used tool our patients have.
